@tpia, Its definitely a halo. Sign of a nearby storm ke? Btw, didn't know rainbows were personal.

Lol... Its all physics. Reflection of light(from the sun) through water droplets(in the atmosphere). The movement noticed is actually rotation/revolution of the earth(You know how it seems like clouds move during the day).

I must admit, its beautiful. smiley
