To all the South Easterners responding on this thread, here is the bottom line;

1. River State is nothing wihthout Port Harcourt. Does P'Harcourt belong to Ijaw or does it belog to Ibo?

2. Is Ibo the political majority in East or is it Ijaw?

3. When any liberty is trampled in East who defends it?

4. Amaechi is Ibo, are you goig to speak up in his dfense or are you waiting for your political godfather, the Yorubas, to come to his dfense?

All your nonsense about coward this and coward that is bs...here is opportunity to demonstrate bravery against the center..prove you are not COWARD and denounce the center.

idumuose: The average yorubaman cannot be trusted. This minute he comes out
charging to fight the next minute he is retreating in the face of stiff
opposition. He does not have courage.Fear and cowardice rules him.
History is replete with how a yoruba man will not comfront the
challenges facing us as a country frontally.
Brigadier Ogundipe was saddled with the responsibility of taking charge
of the army as the most senior officer when Ironsi was killed and what
did he do?He bolted to London.Generals Diya,Olanrewaju and Adisa(I do
not think they deserve those ranks anyway)organised a coup and was
foiled and what did they do?own up to their deeds? A thousand times no.
It was a bemused Nigerians watching these shameful Generals crying and
begging Al mustapha and Abacha for clemency.Diya was especially seen
Kneeling and weeping before Abacha while the latter gave him a white
hanky to wipe off his tears.Never have we heard in the history of Nigerian
army where a general was weeping and begging for mercy.
Sofolahan sold Kudirat the same way Judas sold Jesus. They sold Abiola to
Abacha in exchange for Dollars. These are the kind of people Ɣ☺u want us
to align with.Yorubas will desert Ɣ☺u when Ɣ☺u need them most.I pity
Rotimi Amechi.Soon they will give him the Abiola treatment.

You forgot to add Ribadu, that was how that okpolor eye Tinubu ditched him @ the dying minutes to the elections of 2011, sold him for a pot of poridge. Counting on yorubas is like standing on quick sand, @ the 1st sign of trouble they will disappear.

Everyime we talk about Ibo, you guys extend your dillema to someone else. What has Hausa and Yoruba gotta do with Ibo and Yoruba?

Everyone stand up in their fathers name and defend their turf, Ibo is always buckling and looking for another turf to attach its burden to. Sorry bunch!

Anyway, tell Obi and Kalu to stand up for their brother Amaechi. Ijaw man is about to kick his Ibo behind out of govt house.

If he is that bad, why arent igbo demanding his exit directly? Igbos called for Fashola to be impeached over family reunion situation and Fashola could not be as bad as you paint Amaechi, so why the hollering on Fashola but the silence on Amaechi?

At least we now know the basis of this thread. Someone is still smarting from fashola's misadventure. Don't worry, Amaechi and his gang will be dealt with in due course. Here in the East, we don't confuse noise making with activism just as one of my good brothers had earlier told you.

This Fashola reference has weight on the response but it is of no consequence to the topic whether you are mute or loud on the event in P'Harcourt.

The timidity in SE politics is loathsome.

This topic should say; "silence in the SE: nigerians panicking over quietness in the southeast"

Can u be sincere to ur self & answer this questions.,
(1) Is the ownership of P Harcout in contention? (2) Is Ijaw's now in southeast o r u lump them together at ur will?, (3) Did Rotimi summoned u for his defense or that he's been deserted by his people "SS"
And finally why are u crying more than the bereaved, why having a sleepless night over Igbo's affair?
