Bro u are right,,,,,,,that guy is a fuckin liar, I mean he use a phone for 11months and he wants new one in return, it is not done in any where in ther world, even in U.S they will ask them to pay certain amount of money before they can fix ur phone for you and this apply to all phones not sony alone.......

Regards sony, I'm only advicing anyone who intend joining the Xperia family to be aware that there no warranty facility available for sony phones. U are on your own if anything happens to the fone even within the 1yr warranty, I personally told him not to give any engineer that we'll check back @ dere office, besides I persuaded him to get a sony fone instead of samsung products or htc.
