I believe it is now a generally accepted fact that Gov Fashola is the best Governor in Nigeria by far.

He is building new institutions.
Strengthening existing ones.
NOTE :the buildings are of simplistic and functional designs built to do a job.
Not a grandiose and wasteful monuments like you find elsewhere

I live around dat area, its a really beautiful edifice, God Bless Fashola the same man that increased scholarship fund from 20000 to 200000 and awards nothing less than 300 students per year based on merit not including bursary and Lasu tuition fees, Lagosians will miss this living legend when he leaves office.

Impressive as always from Fashola, Its unfortunate that we run a mediocre system in this country if not he should probably be the most visible choice for a 2015 presidency, if APC could pick him or Ribadu as candidates, I doubt even the most tribalistic bigots would find grounds to fault them....yet we prefer to recycle the old generation responsible for the decrepit nature of our country, Should Fashola run,he would have a willing volunteer in moi

no doubt about Awo... but fashola is a true leader with lots of vision. he is just something else. Fashola is a better leader than Awo..
the difference Awo played a very huge role for independence and early Nigeria government so he has a better advantage.

Very commendable effort by the governor as this will help in the speedy handling of cases generally in that jurisdiction in relatively comfortable environment. I only urge our judiciary to look into the aspect of community service as a punishment for minor offenders as this will greatly reduce the incidence of awaiting trial inmates who are by far more than convicted felons in our prison system not only in Lagos state but all over Nigeria.
