Now that PHCN is no more, who is the rightful beneficiary for this month's power bill especially for post-paid subscribers. Will it be right to give Warri treatment to any former PHCN staff found lurking within uncomformatable meters away from my pole? Answer is required as today is the end of the month. Personally i think status quo (not the PDP's judment own) should be maintained until such a time when the new Discos will settle down to business. Moreover, it will give them an early boost to perform in the business. |
