Too bad, this is a sad development. for those saying that Wizkid should not be bothered let me explain how this will work. Bad new spreads like wild fire hence and in the time being no promoter within the Abuja axis will invite wizkid or any of his croonies for a show again to avoid making losses which translates into a potential loss of income for him. He then left with the minimal entertainment space in Lagos and has to contend with competition which will in this regard range from Tuface to Davido and even other upcoming artistes. One thing that he has failed to realize is that Nigerians are very sentimental and vindictive people. Unlike here in the US ,an artiste can still pick up the pieces of their career after a hiatus (e. g Chris Brown, Kanye West and others) but in Nigeria one minor slip can be the beginning of the end. I don’t follow the entertainment scene in Nigeria keenly but from the little I do observe, I think somebody needs to teach him a few lessons about life because he is heading for a downward spiral with the way he is going. He lost out on headlining the Star mega Jam this year and probably won’t have the chance to perform under their sponsorship again and also has not performed at any major show recently and even this Abuja event was a total flop. May God help Wizkid realize that “Pride goes before a fall” 2 Likes |

Give us 2baba and Psquare any day, any time.his songs many times are less than meaningful but then that goes for a lot of celebrated artistes as well. You however shouldn't introduce ethnic bigotry into all issues. what's "Lagos/yoruba hypying?" |

Doing that will not make you rise, i am sure wizkid had learnt his lessons by now. |
