It's not your responsibility to be giving him money. You shouldn't be cheating or defrauding others to make money for him either. If you want to help him out once in a while, do so, but don't let him rely solely on you for money. He's taking you for granted.

Sorry, I must have misread this part but still, my point remains, you are selling yourself short even if it is millions involved.
