I've found the solution! Lol you did not say anything about thickness so we can cut and fold the 2 of the squares to triangles by diagonal so that'll be 2 triangles...we can then cut the extra square into 2...making 4 equallateral triangles!

I wasn't clear. Very creative attempt, Swift! However it can be solved without folding the shape, and you would not be able to tell the difference between the four pieces. So I give you partial credit for your answer.

You are very bright, but can you solve without folding? The four pieces must be identical along all dimensions and leaving no scraps of material behind nor adding any additional material.

U dint mention if we cud cut-and-join or not so I wud say we shud cut out 4 envelope-like shapes by dividing(imaginarily) each of the 3 squares into 4 triangles and take out 1 triangle each to form a 4th envelope-like shape i.e. Each envelope-like shape is bin formed from 3 small triangles.
