How do you make sense of characters who are moving backwards in time interacting simultaneously with characters who are moving forward in time then add the fact that both set of characters all time traveled together in the first place to that exact point where some are going forward and the others are going backwards

reminds me of van damme's timecop i saw sometime ago which has a near similar premise

It's not surprising why foreign movies are so much better than the rest, the amount of work these people put it while making a movie mehn! You see them go through rigorous training just for a movie. Talk about dedication to craft.

I was going to rent about this movie but I thought nobody sent me the message to watch it. I did it of my own free will. One of those things you regret.


Nobody should even try and watch it. Sharknado all parts was far more entertaining.

Greenland 2020
Greenland is a 2020 disaster movie about a family that has to find its way to Greenland in order to escape the end of the world.
I'm someone who really loves disaster movies. For some reason, the spectacle that surrounds the end of the world holds a special attraction to me.

The acting, cinematography and sets in this movie were very good. The movie tried to be very realistic and it mostly succeeded.

However, this movie is heavy on drama and light on spectacle. When you compare Greenland to movies like 2012, The Day After Tomorrow, San Andreas etc, you'll see that there isn't much spectacle in this movie. We came to watch the world end, please show us more of that.

Also I really hate the dumb/sick kid trope that is prevalent in these types of movies. The main characters child in this movie is not an actual character. He is just a plot device that exists for the sole purpose of generating conflict. Nothing more.

And come to think of if, how is the child still alive 9 months later? You can't possibly tell me that the handful of insulin they had lasted for 9 months.
If the facility they are staying in now has insulin to spare for one kid who had a pre-existing condition then why did they turn them back at the airport?

Anyway, the movie is enjoyable and I'll be giving it a rating of 6.5/10
