Reminiscent of the July 9 fracas on the floor of Rivers State House of Assembly, Port Harcourt, the dissident 6 lawmakers opposed to GovernorRotimi Amaechi with the barkingof powerful forces in Abuja are set to sit to begin impeachment proceedings against governor.It was learnt last night that the impeachment was not targeted at only Amaechi, who is the Chairman of the Nigeria Governors’ Forum (NGF), his deputy, Tele Ikuru, is also to be removed.The sitting will be presided over by a crony of First Lady Patience Jonathan and the self-acclaimed Speaker of the Rivers Assembly, Evans Bipi, who represents Ogu/Bolo Constituency, and according to investigation, he will be made the acting governor, after removing Amaechi and and his deputy.
