Its a very logical statement. A man that will tell his wife not to cook must be rich. It simply means either the family eats out all the time or they can afford to hire like 5 helps. And if they are a young couple, they must come from very wealthy families.

Even families that earn 500k a month will still require the wife/husband to cook.
