I have done everything expected of me; except for the confirmation of transcript at the registrar's office. My question is: can I send a friend in the school to do the confirmation me? I understand that my o'levels must be attached. I can easily scan and send that via email. Thanks.

Yep, you are still on track, I assume u hv submitted ur print out, o'level & ND/HND/NCE/BSC statement of result to jamb, if yes, submit your academic transcript to UI if u have it with u, if not request for it to be sent to UI asap. *coughs* that's all!

africaflozy: How to calculate ur results to knw if u ar up to d cut-off mark of ur dept.
O'level is over 60-A1:6,B2:5,B3:4,C4:3,C5:2,C6:1
choose ur five core subjects if u are using 1sitting and calculate ,e.g mathB2:5,EngC4:3,litB3:4,govC4:3,ecoC6:1, =16multiply by 2=38/60
your CGPA is over 40-
if overal CGPA is 5.0,u calculate lyk dis:CGPAmultiply by 40 and divide by 5,
e.g,3.90multiply by40 divide by 5=31.2
now add o'level score wc is 38 with CGPA wc is 31.2=69.2
dats ur marks wc u will use to knw if u ar up to or above d u.i cut-off marks for ur choice of course. d earlier d better,if u calculate it nw it will elp u decide ur fallback course(s) wen its tym for the processing..gudluck.

The information u gave is vry good. my observation is how did u arrive @"38/60" in the O'Leval result calculation instead of "32/60"

I get little. Problem... B4 I collect the D.E form I was told our result will be out b4 july/august and last time I check nothing is there, buh have submitted ma credentials to jamb office without my OND result.. And am disturb in ma mind dat have nt done anything

Pls my school told me they had sent my transcript but on getting to u.i admission office they told me they had not recieved any transcript from my school,what could be the problem?

significance: The DE admissions portal 'will' (so I was told by the admin officer on seat) open next week. Mehn...there were 8-- plus transcript already registered with hundreds still in those cartons.
