Now,back to issues at hand.
To start with the structural engineer that design this particular structure known what he's doing. Builder brabus, with due respect those additional columns is absolutely unnecessary. We are taking about less than 5.5m intervals.

You see, when structural engineer indicates columns. He supported it by analyzing each individual beam. That is why they called it structural details.

In one of our recent projects, we have span of almost 7m without column. That is when they respect builder or engr in question

As a case study, this particular concept is not far from what egbosa did in ondo that cause issues. Someone got to site and shout 'no column' to hold this beam. In reality d column is unnecessary.

Just wanted to buttress your point concerning the Eghosa job in Ondo. It's Eghosa's fault he couldn't defend himself because that area where HSL raised a "no column" alarm actually didn't need a column if proper structural work was done.

This is Elizabeth's courts in Ikeja GRA and from d window of our construction site I can see the cantilever beam which is not supported by any column. (Pic)

@Brabus. I have been onsite all day and can confirm 1000% that the pillars are much more than 39. They are infact 47 not 49 as I mentioned before.

As you have suggested lets do the site visit so we can clear these issues once and for all.
