Dear chi,Just talk it out with him/her because it actually depends on what caused it probably irritation towards Ur partner so many things cud cos it but the best is to knw the source and try to talk things out. |

Women and men both go through mood swings. You will soon learn what trigers your partner mood swings and you will learn by trail and error how to deal with them. If you have a partner that understands this then they will warn you and if they warn you [size=24pt] *move closer to the screen, closer, closer*[/size] LISTEN and FOLLOW directions. I think u just let it run its course. Cause honestly during the time of the month, i do get very very moody - so u just leave me alone and once the season passes, am good to go again. |
