To always arrange my board correctly grin

Okay really plan well, don't just make a move without thinking of the consequences.

Yeah, don't make moves with thinking. Most times I consider a3 and h3 moves as useless unless my bishops are out of reach.

Also, it will be good to think of the possible moves by your opponent. Example 19. Rf8c8 was played with a check in-advance; thus it made me gain a pawn.

As for me I am becoming more interested in playing chess using the coordinates eventhough it can be tedious.

Sincerly I saw that check coming anyways I kindA miscalculated. Castling to the queen side was one of my worst mistakes. I was going to take the pawn but I had a change of thought

Playing a3 and h3 was to stop your two knights from advancing further.

How exactly did you pull that off?

I always try to minimise my moves in any game. Gain moves off my opponent using checks.

Also, you gave me your knight for free.

Haha that works, demoralize the player and gain as well. Wicked when used against you grin

Yeah that also, I was using a chess photo trying to remember where all my pieces was placed, forgot about your pawn on d5. When you took it it suddenly occurred to me that your pawn was still there.

It's not tedious if you have the entire board etched in your head, like having a virtual mini-board inside your brain you can take anywhere with you... board vision drills can help with that.

I'll be posting some of these kinda visualization exercises soon, for those of us who wanna know how to see infinity moves ahead/play blindfold/out-calculate your opponent.

Now, watch this:

that will be great. I just hope I will be able to carve out a portion of my brain to store chess games.

Following the game so far... you need to clarify which knight, on b1 or f3?

Cuz in this position the move Nd2 cd either be Nbd2 or Nfd2, this wd be the proper way to notate it.
