LOL! Well, a TS invite is worth more than an interview invite. If he can differ the TS and see what Union offers him, that would make sense though.

(What would u do), bearing in mind Union is going to offer approximately x3 of what Unity would offer for a start. Union, I think now pays a Gross value of approx. 226kNGN monthly.. While Unity, I think is paying between 60 - 75kNGN for a start till after confirmation (about a year later), then it shoots up.
