If u still think of Union Bank as old generation bank wt old way of thinking, then I bliv u hv bn left way behind. The bank has really changed. It's still in d transformation stage though, but d direction of d bank is quite clear both to staffs n customers.

If there's a delay in d recruitment, it's nt cos it's union bank, thr r different factors dat kud cos delays. With d laying off of old staff, d bank have to determine available space as well as no of new intakes. It's really not as easy as u think. I ll just urge everyone waiting to engage in other activities pending wen d bank is ready, so u dnt feel d delay.

I got u quite alryt. I was only saying, we can't compare full staff to contract staff. I said something early about wat kud b causing delay in dis recruitment. The positions for contract staff basically tellers, customer service n find transfer. Ur coming to head dis ppl. So chill.

I understand they are 'transforming', but u give them too much credit to considered them 'transformed'. They very fact that they did not anticipate challenges that came with the recruitment shows thay are not as forward-looking as u say.
