But I think it was clearly stated in January that every month, you have two categories to vote in. The first category is the best newcomer, where you have three nominees and you are to choose one.
Example: The nominees for the month of March are; 1. Writer AAA
2. Writer BBB
3. Writer CCC.
It is now left for you as a voter to vote on the the three writers above. i.e I VOTE WRITER BBB.
The second voting category is the best writer of the month. Here, you can vote not less than one but not more than three writers here.
Example:
I VOTE;
1. Writer AAA
2. Writer BBB
3. Writer CCC
Please let use adhered strictly to the rules. As we vote for the best newcomer, we should also vote the best writer(s) of the month. And be rest assured that the Jegas of this section will count your votes, card reader or no card reader.
