LoveDecay: Igbo and Biafra people are not ready to discuss such with you. From your responses you sound very colonial, same way the whites asked about the future of independent Africa, same way the whites asked about the freedom of the black slaves. I wonder if the English address same questions to the Scots. Kindly stay away from Igbo and Biafra stuff, it won't feed you and your family. 7 Likes |

LoveDecay: Let's assume the east, is granted Biafra. How do Easterners intend to survive and grow economically, taking into consideration the fact that the Niger-Delta and core oil producing states have not indicated interest or any formal recognition of the east purported struggle for freedom and autonomy.here's the great imperial state of Biafra with its 26 prefectures you can see that Biafra isn't just the SE but the entirety of Igbo land. the SE is just 60% of the total area of Igbo land.our state is viable and with inputs from our Israeli friends, we would be leaders in afrika in the spheres of -teknologia -military sophistication -agricultural innovation -sports etc Heil imperial Biafra!!

IgboMonk: The same Biafra that will not survive gave Nigeria her first indeginous car, Yoruba people are too stupid in this world Point of correction, Innoson is a Nigerian company - Biafra ceased to exist in 1967. It is only safe to say an Ibo man gave Nigeria it's working car manufacturing company. If Biafra comes, how many cars will innoson sell ? As a poster mentioned , necessity being the mother of all invention - the west would make far cheaper cars due to the ports. The east has no ports yet - Ibaka deep sea port is in "Akwa-Ibom" which is South-South not South-East. Are you truly prepared or is this just one more fake products commercial ? |

why does it bother the non-biafrans as to how biafra intends surviving? Its not your problem or business. Give us the biafra first, then we will show you how to survive alone. 4 Likes |

cheruv: Firstly, there is no scholarly and verified publication that confirms the ibo sect as jewish descent. I dont argue that there are practising ibo jews, just as there are practising ibo muslim . Nonetheless this does not prove ibo are arab descendants nor does it remotely assure the globe that ibo are jewish descendant's - do point me to a publication that proves me wrong and i will without delay correct myself. In your words - ibo land - i guess this means areas where ibo folks settled along time ago and now call home. How do you intend to support these folks , when and if Biafra comes ? |
Re: Economically: How Is Biafra Going To Survive ? by LoveDecay(m): 5:21pm On Jul 19, 2014 |
cheruv: Exactly, a Nigerian general - who pension and gratuities come from the Nigerian coffers. Nigeria is doing it's best to feed and supports it's entire territory. The Ibo claim, there is no poverty in the east, is this so called economic prosperity not an advantage/benefits of being a part of the Federal republic of Nigeria. |

saintneo: Only because you have nothing to say. Garbage in , Garbage out : sounds familiar , saintneo . Apart from insults and bravado nothing come to your mind does it. Believe it or not - only a small part of the east can be held responsible for it's position in commerce today. Other easterners are parasite's and talkatives' ... ever heard of 20/80 rule |

Biafra is a scam.Claims that Biafra depended on its own technological exploits during the civil war was first class propaganda...according to Nelson Ottah author of Rebels Against Rebels and Directorate of Propaganda in Ojukwu's government. Ojukwu had to plan for the nomenclature.Biafra will never see the light of the day.It died 35 years ago...Nigeria will remain united for 170 years after which it will break into 17 independent states that will return together ten years after secession. |

Most of them have no answers to the Op's question. The east is landlocked and I can see some of them are already claiming the south south to be part of biafra. Either ways igbos decide to go they will still play second fiddle to either the niger delta that has more resources than them or remain part of nigeria cos a biafran state out of the present igboland isn't viable!!! |

Der is a difference between south south, south east, Niger delta, Biafra... D Niger delta is an Ijaw republic dat was declared by Atak boro in d 60's... D southsouth is a geopolitical zone" a Nigerian creation", comprising Ijaw's, IGBO's, Ibibio, Urhobo,Bini etc Y d southeast is a geopolitical zone comprising mainly of the Igbo's... While Biafra is a republic declared by Ojukwu in 1966, comprising SOME parts of the southsouth and d whole of the south east, with Philip effiong as d second in command" who brought an end to the war and hostilities"... If Nigeria divides" give us only d Igbo part of our southsouth, and d part controlled by philip effion's kin if they choose, d rest re free to belong whereever they want to... 5 Likes |

Stop all this woman talk, all answers except sound like responses you get from a girl you toasting , always puss.y footing around. I hope it's not ibaka sea port your eyeing. Biafra that collected 1 million used from mr gates to build hospitals will survive , perhaps only as leaches, beggars and as a 4th world nation |

LoveDecay:OP, pardon me to say that your comment sounds....silly. Am sure you know that Igbos, are gifted with the ability to survive and make every seemingly uncomfortable condition, comfortable. Igbos are the MOST hardworking people ever, in Nigeria, even the world at large. You dare to ask how they will survive? The dog said, throw the bone outside for him, and let him worry about his battle with the spirits. Even though am the last person in support of Nigerian division, if it eventually happens, Igbos will NEVER be found wanting in catering for themselves. We aint as lazy as Notherners, nor as asss-leaking as Westerners. And we don't expect the SS, to join us, unless they want to, incase of bigots that are saying we are nothing without SS! 2 Likes |
