emiye: Anyone coming in to Nigeria from those 3 countries (guinea, sieria leonne and liberia) needs to be given "special" treatment by the quarantine services at the ports.

From all countries at this stage, We need a special travelling quarantine, this disease could have a worse legacy than the plague had on europe

All arrivals from certain regions need to be tested at the border of arrival or departure

You obviously use the internet for very useless and unproductive things..

If the Man suspected of having the Ebola is Dead, then EVERYBODY on that Flight should be tracked down IMMEDIATELY. If they were allowed to go home, EVERYONE THEY CONTACTED should be quarantined. The Plane that Brought the passenger in should be Grounded and Quarantined. Everyone that has been close to, in or around this guy in the last 4 weeks are potential carriers of the Virus.

Do you think because he is dead, the Virus is finished?!

Even the hospital that admitted this guy should be on lock down. The Ambulance that ferried him as well.

Ebola is a faster and deadlier virus than HIV.. Its contracted through bodily fluids and kills in 21 Days. angry

Its sad.

R I P to him.

It is good news IF AND ONLY IF he did not manage to infect any other person or gave a detailed account of people he interacted with before he was quarantined

Key danger points are the passengers on the flight from Liberia who have since dispersed

Last Bullet

May God help us

The federal and state government should be proactive to inform the whole country about the dangers of this epidemic.

There should be stringent search and procedures at all ports of entry to the country with immediate effect.

But i trust our government, nothing will be done to create awareness expect to attack everyone that doesn't support their agenda.

They might even say it was caused by the opposition.

In some countries, they will even ban flights from countries where there has been a reported uncontrolled disease.

What about the people who sat next to the man on the plane?
Nigeria.........always slow and reactive.

Let's hope no one got it from him because I am of the opinion that we cannot properly manage an epidemic.

He flew in on a Plane..

They suspected from the moment he arrived that he had the Virus.. I am just really Hoping to God that the Nigerian Immigrations Quarantined everyone of them on that flight, including the special passengers and co.

Nothing has ever worried me more than this since yesterday. Honestly! Seems like we do not know the gravity of having ebola in Lagos (of all fvcking states in Nigeria for crying out loud!) Do you have any idea how contagious that disease is? How far can our selfish politicians go to protecting us?

Ah! We are all now officially O O O (On Our Own)
