Op, I believe there are psychiatrists around you that you can visit, there are medications for depression, you might be hospitalized if you are considered a threat to yourself.

by mad people I believe you mean schizophrenics. well schizophrenia is just one of the many psychiatric ailments we have. depression (which you claim to be suffering from) anxiety etc are all psychiatric problems. my point is you mustn't be "mad" for you to visit a psychiatrist.
