The goodluck jonathan boulevard in Uyo Akwa Ibom state where 16 feeder roads are expected to empty into the boulevard, and the boulevard is designed with room for expansion in such a way that more lanes could be added in future as the city expands. 33 Likes

The boulevard is part of the National transformation agenda of president Goodluck Jonathan which governor of Akwa Ibom has inculcated, domesticated and christened as uncommon transformation. The project was funded by the state govt. and the construction carried out by Julius Berger. A MUST WATCH:you tube video of a walk along newly commisioned goodluck boulevard, it also shows the new stadium under construction in the background. Akpabio is a performing governor, commissioning of uquo gas processing plant, groundbreaking of ovias petrochemical/methanol plant and now this beautiful road too in the same day! this Gov. Too much o! I heard he is also building one of the best stadiums in nigeria, a 294 bed specialist hospital, a suspended bridge, a hilton hotel, Ibom tropicana all to be commissioned this year. 40 Likes |

I just dey ask ^^^Trust me a lot is secretly going on in Bayelsa, but they are keeping it all on the DL.....they don't wanna make a song and dance about it so the badbelle peeps out there aren't alerted! You will not see the open and brazen locating of industries and resources in the 'Head of States' region/state like you saw happening during the military era, mainly because we're now (supposedly) in a 'democratic' dispensation, and also because i believe GEJ doesn't have the balls to be so brazen about it......unlike his predecessors! 4 Likes |
