TamzyTamudo: SE having 4 new states, with what they concluded each geographical zone will have a vice president and allocation to the 9 states of a region will go direct to its VP then he will now share to the state administrators but there will be a president and a deputy president in the central together with NASS lower and upper house,so with this every zones are meant to develop at it own pace with the resource revenue formula of 50 50 between zones and the FG/central government, this is what I heard general ike nwachukwu explained in oghene show on AIT to the igbos.

I accept that 50 50 sharing formular but Arewas kicked against it.

It was only oil and gas that was increased to 18% and solid minerals derivation which should also had being increased to 18% was opposed by Arewas and so was pegged at 5%

Arewas are worst than draw backs

Unknown to them

If the South is hindered

The North wouldn't even make it

Imagine what will happen to Northern economy as Southerners become financially strong to buy their products

The most annoying thing is the scenarios of seeing so called educated Arewas thinking like illiterates

Every state creation since they were 12 has mirrored the rise in the poverty index in Nigeria. That is the more states created the more the rise in the poverty index. Creation of states is a panacea for sure rise in poverty.

I cant argue with this logic.
