This topic is remarkable. Thanks Seun for the thought given to it. Education is the Key. Continue to educate yourself and everyone you interact with. However, you do not need to lose sleep over tribalism on Nairaland. Nairaland is a human organization and all human setups are beset with SELFISHNESS. God created Tribalism, the moment He created MAN in opposition to Himself. He created a human looking face to face at Him. He created him to demand, acquire and store everything concerning his actions, interactions and movements from Him. "Then God sat and saw that the actions of humans were constantly evil, always full of cheating, harming themselves and being selfish in all ways. He(God) regretted and repented for creating man". From that time, God sought to create "Righteousness", as against Selfishness into humans. He has since perfected that! What can Seun now do to reduce Tribalism in this his business? The 21 observation advice you always give before any post is begun, are very good. They keep you out of litigation. Your moderators should always be the first to view all posts and reject arrantly abusive and tribalistic ones. This means that you and your moderators should keep improving on your education for more insight, and foresight to enable you sort out the wheat from the weed, whenever they come to you.
