After governor Amaechi dualised that road from international Airport junction to the boundary b/w Rivers state and Imo state, the federal govt rushed to name it a federal road. Yet the federal govt couldn't continue the road from where Amaechi stopped. Also, the federal govt refused to reimburse Rivers state govt till date.
