We require the services of a qualified candidate for the position of an Employee Interface Manager.

Responsibilities:

Leading expatriate recruitment process, processing staff requisition forms for expatriate positions.
Supporting hiring manager in developing Job Description for expatriates positions.
Ensuring all recruitment document is completed and well documented.
Ensuring mobilization and demobilization of all expatriates is in line with group policy.
General compensations and benefit support, Investigating, assessing and recommending resolutions to all employee related issues.
On boarding and orientation of new expatriates' hire.
Advising Managers on disciplinary issues including misconduct, policy practice violation, and proffering corrective measures in line with group policy.


Qualification and Requirements:

OND in Sociology, Engineering, Psychology, business Admin, Human resources or any related discipline.
Experience in Oil & Gas and construction industry preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office HRIS (ideally Orion and HR Smart solutions).
