This means He can create and uncreate (destroy) ALL.

I think he has done that already, that's if he existed. He put himself out of existence or at least retired after creation, that's if he actually created the world. Lol!

This simply means that God cannot even change himself talk more of putting himself out of existence. God can do anything when its about his creation but when it is about himself then he cannot do anything to change himself from who he is.

when we talk about God we dont talk about his shape or form because none of us has seen him. The bible did not give us his shape. In the scripture he manifested as a pillar of cloud at one time and at another time he manifested as fire burning in the bush etc. We describe God just based on his characteristics/attributes as written in the bible. He can manifest himself through any medium. It is his characteristics that make him God. Those attributes cannot cease to exist and thats what is meant by he cannot change.
