An ultra-mordern bakery located on the Ikeja axis requires the services of a highly experienced operations and logistics manager who will be responsible for the smooth running of the factory with overall responsibility covering the production, sales and delivery of products.
Successful candidate should be a team player but firm as he/she will have to work with a number of key staff including the production manager, marketing manager etc. to enable him/her deliver on the listed role.

The detailed duties include but not limited to:

- Coordination of the order taking and allocation process working in conjunction with the marketing team

- Coordination of the production process to ensure the team produces quality products in line with laid down standards to meet ordered quantity. This function is to be delivered working with the production manager

- Route management of the operational vehicles to ensure prompt and cost effective delivery of products in line with customers requirement

- Overall responsibility of fleet management including maintenance, road-worthiness, and proper conduct of Drivers.

- Maintenance of non-vehicle facilities

- Oversight of the store management process starting from material requisition, sourcing, procurement and delivery. (Including stock issuance and general stock management)

- Staffing/HR

- Management reporting as may be required from time to time

Qualifications
- Graduate(Bachelors/HND) in a relevant field with requisite experience in similar position
