doctor has deceived you so that you can come to him for more treatment. in the first place, you are not suppose to eat more than one meal a day. ponmo is too a strong for the stomach to digest. the cow meat is ok but not too much, rather as i said, milk fresh from a healthy cow is the best form of milk. the sheep and the lamb do not know the meaning of death, and the won't eat nothing than their basic food.

ponmo is for the poor, who in africa doesn't know that? my people suffer because they lack knowledge. tell that poor person that consumption of ponmo and close related food will kill him faster than he realizes which is true. you would see how rich people can really be. a blackman can never or should never be poor.

@bolded. Actualy, dats a lie! I av a distant relationed family member, she was diagnosed 4 a particular heart problem(cnt rmmba wat dey cald it). The doctor strictly adviced ha parents not to feed her, animal meat of any form amongst other things she was restricted to. The doctor however assure the girl she could take 'ponmo' or 'biscuit bone' if she so realy want to taste meat or gets tempted...besides, many "rich men" joints& resturants have 'ponmo and ata' as their most requested delicacy and is usualy on the top of their lists..

surely, verily, that doctor knows how to make money from the ill-knowledged people. do you know that most of the african problems stems from what we eat, to the extent that it clouds our judgements. do you know that your stomach and brain can't work at the same time, thus it takes minimum of four hours for food to digest, for four hours, a person is not actually thinking completely right/ not right atall, 1.9 or 2.02 is not 2.
however that was not the arguement.

there is a saying which goes like "you are what you eat" or "you are what you are eating". you eat ponmo, you get ponmo looks and ponmo thinking, you eat pork, pork looks and atitude and thinking. you eat correct food, you will look correct, beautiful, think correct with correct attitude. plus if you eat one meal a day, you won't be able to explain what is causing you happiness and fearlessness. tell that your person with heart problems, to eat one meal a day, less or no starchy food, quit fresh/unwell cooked bread. let fruit be his/her best friend but not much, lots of vegetable and clean water. all in one meal a day even if he is dangote type rich. we need that brains to live long to atleast 130 years old looking 50.
