The most useless flyover is d one in d Governor's office Ibadan. Used only by d Governor and his entourage , probably Civil Servants & Legislators. Basically it is a government fly-over not for the public.

I was surprised too when I noticed it. A whole bridge used only by the governor.
Was it for security or what sef? It's deifnately not a reasonable reason justifiable.
