Imagine Ghana, a country that Nigeria use to supply electricity, now want to export electricity to us? Shame on these looters that call themselves government. what are they managing @ 54 years after independent. We cannot boast of steady electricity? ...Nigeria or Ghana who have resources and manpower to generate electricity? Its so embarrassing that Ghana proposing to be selling us Electricity. However, i might not be surprise to find its collaboration of these looter and some Ghana counterpart that device these scams in order to be transferring Nigerian money abroad.

hahahahaha Joke of the century, Ghana don't have light even as the battle to have average of 14 hours light per day , so where is the Electricity to export coming from, Why are these Ghanaian allowing themselves to be deceived by their leaders this way, telling them the what is not correct.
Since 2012, there have been steady power rationing, some area will have today and others tomorrow, and their President is standing there talking English, ok nah keep deceiving your people Mr. presido by the time they wake up all African will be up there.

GHKWAME1:

The World Health Organisation has identified
Nigeria as the country with the highest figure of
poliomyelitis cases in the world.
The World Health Organisation Country
Representative in Nigeria, Dr. David Okello,
disclosed this in Lagos on Saturday, at the
installation ceremony of the new District
Governor of Rotary International District 9110,
Dr. Kamoru Omotosho, for 2012-2013.
Okello, who noted that Nigeria was ranked
alongside two other countries, Pakistan and
Afghanistan, which are still grappling with the
problem.
According to him, “Indeed Nigeria is now the
largest contributor of global polio burden -nearly
60 per cent. Nigeria is also the only country in
the world to have all three types of polio virus —
Type 1, Type 3, and circulating vaccine-derived
Type 2 viruses."

He explained that the transmission of the
disease in Nigeria poses a real threat to the
global polio eradication effort.
Giving further statistics, he stated that of the 49
cases reported in the country currently, “two-
thirds are from four particular sanctuaries — the
northern states of Borno, Kano, Sokoto and
Zamfara.”
He, however, commended the concerted efforts
of Rotarians worldwide at eradicating the
disease as well as committing their expertise
and resources to improving the welfare of
communities.

Re: Ghana Plans To Export Electricity To Nigeria by sexzskil(f): 6:49pm On Oct 02, 2014
I am sorry for this off topic post but lets
get our fact straight, NIGERIAN
GOVERNMENT ISN'T RESPONSIBLE FOR THE
CONTAINMENT OF EBOLA VIRUS. AN
AMERICAN DID AND SO ALL GLORY SHOULD
BE ASCRIBED TO HIM. I'LL POST THIS ON
EVERY THREAD IN NAIRALAND TILL THE
TRUTH IS ASSIMILATED.
“Dr. David Brett-Mayor of the World
Health Organization saw and
conquered Ebola. He single handedly
started the Ebola isolation ward
having cleared and cleaned the room.
He admitted and cared for the patients
before any Nigerian doctor joined him''.
The above was a recent quote from
Fashola. An American From WHO first
showed the zeal of helping Nigeria
conquered ebola before the useless
Nigerian doctors gave in! Why give
Nigerian government the glory that
rightly belong to the gloriou United States
?
WITHOUT AMERICA, THE WORLD IS
DOOMED TO ABSOLUTE EXTINCTION!
MAY AMERICA RULE OVER THE UNIVERSE
AND GOD FOR ALL ETERNITY(AMEN)!!!

Truth be told, even if this laudable gesture is made possible, it would come at a cut throat price. The only viable and cost-effective option is to go the solar route. Watch this revolution take place.

India is not a third world country. India has developed a lot and you can tell by their economy . All this big buses (TATA) are manufactured in India. She used to be a third world but she's categorized as a developing nation unlike Nigeria .

mickyarams: This guy is trying to bite more than what he can chew. Look at his face like a bloated hippo, Ghana too wants to start forming. They should focus on looking after their own people. We will deal with our own problems in Nigeria. It's easy to generate power in a country that has a population just a little over that of Lagos state. The power problems in Nigeria has been caused by decades of neglect and looting in the sector, but things are getting better now and should be sorted out within the next 5years.
The picture you are seeing there is the minister of power in Nigeria .
