Please note that every domain transfer includes free 1 year renewal that is why its not free.

You can transfer your .Com domain to us for N2250 and you will get one year renewal with it.

For example if your domain is going to expire on 12 Jan, 2016 then after transfer your new expiry will extend upto 12 Jan, 2017.

To forward your emails from your domain you can use email Forwarding option available in your client area under management tools.

For that you need to follow some steps:
1) Click My domains in the navigation bar in your panel.
2) Click the domain name for which you want to use email forwarding in case you have multiple domains.
3) Click on email forwarding option which is there under management tools.
4) In the left field, enter the email name (for example, support,help or any name that you have created related to your domain)
5) In the right field, enter the recipient email address (for example, xyz@gmail.com).
6) Click on save changes.

After applying these changes all mail sent to the alias email address( for example, support,help or any name that you have created related to your domain ) will be forwarded to the actual email address.

The error you are getting may be due to some technical issue with voguepay gateway or it also may be due to some cache or cookies issue on your browser.

We have provided two payment modes for our clients i.e. Online method and Offline method. You have to select the payment method while checkout.

If you are unable to pay us using one online payment gateway then you can pay us via choosing another payment gateway like cashenvoy.

Also In offline method, you can pay us via Bank deposit or Bank transfer.For that you need to select Bank Transfer or Cash deposit option during
checkout.

We pay our affiliates once they reach N1000 in affiliate balance and we offer N500 signup balance.

Pending status mean your referred client has not yet paid after sign up. And similarly active means your referred user has paid for their service.

The "Commissions Pending Maturation" show pending payouts. After 45 days from the date of signup this will show as active. It is also described in our terms of affiliates programs.

Once your balance reaches N1000, you will be paid in 45 days to your bank account in Nigeria or Voguepay account whatever is your preference.

You can use your balance to buy or renew any of your product or service from us. You can also get your commission balance once you reached at N1000 through the bank transfer on your account. For that you need to send us your bank account details.
