The federal government has uncovered an outrageous 60,000 ghost workers in various federal establishments in Nigeria. This was the outcome of the recent staff audit of the federal government ministries, departments and agencies (MDAs) on the implementation of the integrated Personnel and Payroll Information System (IPPIS). This Govt has been saving and cutting costs for a while but has anyone seen any astounding effects of this?? The bulk of the N160 Billion saved will most likely be stolen due to the corrupt practices permitted by this Govt.
