We now have airconditioned trains (even though it is meant for the rich) in Lagos, as well as light rail in Abuja (almost completed).

He also completed the fixing of the Benin - Ore expressway

Continued with the privatisation of electricity

He established new universities

He claimed to have created a million jobs and he said he reduced poverty by 50%, yet to be verified.

Due to his agricultural agenda, Nigeria's import bill has reduced from about $7b to $4.3b annually, Nigeria now has Africa's largest rice mill.
