Even though i have always had rift with ghanaians here on nairaland, what ghana is facing at the moment is not what i will even wish my worst enemy. may God have mercy on their sins against nigeria and nigerians, by laughing at us during our boko haram plights and remove his anger from them. God has truely shown he loves nigeria by using ghana as an example... 3 Likes |

The reason the previous president Atta-Mills was poisoned is becoming clear. Mahama is a CIA stooge. He has been installed to do the type of destruction job on Ghana that Thief Obasanjo was installed to do (and did) on Nigeria after Abacha was poisoned. GenBuhari: A lot of you Nigerians are so naive and know absolutely nothing about ghana. Absolutely nothing!!!. A lot of yall act like u are living in villages and receive news through town crier!! Ghana having issues now makes some glorified literates feel like economist and advisers . If you guys know any better why don't you use the same brain and zeal you use on ghana issues to solve your internal issues already Just look how people feel so happy about the news, it just goes to show the envy and hate a lot of you have had in your hearts towards ghana and ghanaians.. This is why blacks are taken as shit all over.. You measure your strength by the weakness of neighboring countries. And u feel you are any better.. Forgetting you are always in the news for one shameful act or the other..and your economy is also a shi.thole. you feel you situation is much better cos the once praised ghana is now in economic problems.. Dont you see how this will cause unrest , and am sure 45% of ghana work force are civil servant.. |

Buoyantic: 1 GHC = 10,000 cedis therefore: 1 usd = 10000 x 3.238 = 32,380 cedis while 1 usd = 160 naira Now you can see why Naira and Cedi cannot be compared and explains why the entire West Africa wants Naira as a single currency. 1 Like |

Source: http:// www.thisdaylive.com/articles/nigeria-in-china- seeks-3bn-for-agric-rail-airport-projects/109828/ BBC:The World Health Organisation has identified Nigeria as the country with the highest figure of poliomyelitis cases in the world. The World Health Organisation Country Representative in Nigeria, Dr. David Okello, disclosed this in Lagos on Saturday, at the installation ceremony of the new District Governor of Rotary International District 9110, Dr. Kamoru Omotosho, for 2012-2013. Okello, who noted that Nigeria was ranked alongside two other countries, Pakistan and Afghanistan, which are still grappling with the problem. According to him, “Indeed Nigeria is now the largest contributor of global polio burden -nearly 60 per cent. Nigeria is also the only country in the world to have all three types of polio virus — Type 1, Type 3, and circulating vaccine-derived Type 2 viruses." He explained that the transmission of the disease in Nigeria poses a real threat to the global polio eradication effort. Giving further statistics, he stated that of the 49 cases reported in the country currently, “two- thirds are from four particular sanctuaries — the northern states of Borno, Kano, Sokoto and Zamfara.” He, however, commended the concerted efforts of Rotarians worldwide at eradicating the disease as well as committing their expertise and resources to improving the welfare of communities. http://www.channelstv.com/home/2012/07/08/ nigeria-is-the-worst-hit-polio-nation-who/ Nigeria and Ghana no be mates PhockPhockMan:Product of a failed education system, brainstorming on what? Your overbloated GDP is dependent on oil, there is no economic genius in that your polio infested dump! Very soon, y'all will drink your oil. The US for the first time failed to import a single barrel of crude oil from Nigeria in July 2014. This troubling scenario, according to industry watchers, would not augur well for the Nigerian economy, which is highly dependent on revenue from oil. Nigeria, Africa’s biggest crude exporter, depends largely on crude proceeds to service over 85% of its budget. |
