Hi, please insert your simcard to other phones to comfirm if the problem is caused by the simcard or the phone. If it is the phone, you can try to restore factory settings, but remember to back up important files. Please guys come to my help,i only off my phone to swap my memory cards afterwards i on it only for it to hang at the infinix logo,luckily i was able to boot into cwm recovery to restore my backup but wrote something something md5 mismatch,now i can't boot into cwm and carlcare office around my area has relocated to a new site which will cost me 5h transport,please i need una help

ignore the antivirus,psiphon application is harmless unless you go extreme with it

you can check new ones from Jumia or Konga,fairly used ones from olx or efritin

Towelroot can't root it,please don't say what u haven't tried before... tried it now and it said it can't root the device

Some on rooting tools are not compatible with the phone. You might wanna try search4roots it works.
