even Russian's soviet era President, Boris Yeltsin, Sent tanks to the Parliamant in the early 90s. Some reps are stumbling blocks to the growth of the nation, for selfish political reasons.. Some of you might criticise GEJ and say he is undemocratic, but If it was OBJ, it would have been much worse...

If we have to shut down the House of Reps for several laws to I pushed through then so be it... I'm still yet to see any fruitful thing come out of that house apart from allocations they make to themselves.. so why should I care if that dude falls off the fence and break a leg??

Its time we rise up and choose the people who will represent our interest rather than their stomach infrastructure...

they see NNNNN Naira signs... greed is written on his face...

A right minded rep would rather protest if he truly believes that blocking off the parliament is unjust... but he rather jumps the fence to prove that he is a strong man...

That shows the calibre of people we have making laws... No surprises that only criminals flourish in Nigeria.. its because of people like him..

The forces that believe 16 is greater than 19 is at it again, they perpetrated impunity in River, Ekiti, now National Assembly.
Never in the history of Nigeria has the police been seeing to be bias, unprofessional and partisan, how can security agent prevent APC lawmaker entrance from the hallow chamber. When has it got to the point where a masked security officer will be deployed in order to prevent member of opposition assess to their place of work.
Whoever is behind the hullabaloo in the House trying to impeach the speaker has gone insane if such person[s] cannot go through the right channel.

Bro, that's not true, most PDP members were already in the chamber in preparation for their wicked plan they are about to executed, while APC members are being harassed from entering the complex

there is nothing that you wouldnt witness in this country.our parliament has now become a comedy theatre, where politicians fly fence like common theives,if it were the common man who did this,he would have been arrested for "attempt to commit felony and burglary".a few minutes ago,it was reported that the tambuwal who was earlier locked outside of the assembly, has been smuggled in by loyalists who attacked the security operatives in a fist fight.what drama are our politicians performing?,amaechi threatened that APC will form an alternate government, asari dokubo is threatening to unleash thugs, tompolo is threatening to beat-up fani kayode, everyone of them has turned into lunatics of power.i wonder how other countries will be looking at nigeria.

right... it sounds unfair, but then we ask ourselves, what is fair??

when Tambuwal sought the ticket for the House of Rep, he should have told PDP that he will defect when he no longer is in favour... but like humans always do, they act according to what is right for them.

so GEJ also is protecting his interest by sending sss to the parliament.

The so called system we call democracy is NOT WORKING... its only benefitting less than 25% of the country.
The system has turned politicians into a pack of power hungry people looking out for their interest, instead of the intesrest of the nation..
its only gona get better when we decide not to put up with this system any longer... APC/PDP/SDP/AGPA they really all same...

Can you see yourself? Instead of facing what is on ground and the impunity of the day, you are bringing Obasanjo in here. How does this concern Obasanjo? Can see, most you can't express your political views without OBJ's name. How greate thou are, OBJ!

I'm only drawing comparison with OBJ because of his high handedness and his lack of respect for the constitution, but yet some morons still praise him as the best leader.

Well,

In my opinion, the problem is not with impunity, or the president, but the problem is with US, who chose to accept this system that favours only those evil people we have in our government.... The constitution, the system has been created to benefit less than 30% of the country, until we say NO to this system and come up with an alternative solution which is more Pro-people rather than Pro-politicians, we will see worse things happen in this democracy...

The result of this political system is only being felt by the poor people... for instance look at the police brutality and military oppression, or BOKO Haram... have they killed any rich influential politician?

when you answer my quetions, you will get the solution to this problem... its Not GEJ's fault either,. GEJ is only protecting his interests just as Tambuwal did by defecting to APC after using PDP to advance his goal.... hypocrites are normally jailed or hanged.

It seems your mind is already made up ..... When has decamping become a crime in Nigeria?
Is there any portion of the constitution that prohibit decamping?
So many people have decamped from APC, PDP, APGA, LP into different parties of their choice in the past and heaven didn't fall, so why is PDP getting intimidated this time around

Lets not forget the people who wrote the constitution were the same crooks who added the "immunity clause" .... the underline truth is that, when politicians begin to decamp from party to party, that shows their calibre. GMB won the respect of many because of his political consitency.

majority of these politicians are Flawed and heartless.. so you gotta be steadfast when dealing with them. the president knows this. I spoke to Abati few days ago, and he confirmed what I'm saying. SSS at the house of rep, is politics as usual... nothing personal

There is no any perfect system in the world over, we can only improve on what we have, but since your preferred government has chosen to take path of impunity, this is what we get.

The best way out of this national embarrassment is to vote this present PDP government out of power to serve as a lesson to other party that will take over
