But the freewill upon who the evil is done is hampered While only the evil doers are exercising their free will, take the baby sitter that brutally beats the toddler for instance. The baby sitter is exercising her free Will over the toddler, against the free will of the toddler.

You are making it look as if Adam And Eve knew the devil before they were tempted by the devil. That illustration doesn't fit.
