That's why the lady officer was indicted yesterday for 1st degree manslaughter. The guy in Charlotte was shot dead while he was in his car with his wife and the wife was seen clearly on the video she recorded on her phone begging the officers not to shoot that her husband was unharmed. The states Clinton is winning (or projected to win) have a little more Electoral College votes than Trump's states.
CA and NY have over 100 electors between them - which is a huge headstart for Clinton or any other Democratic nominee.
