@TheRealMrStan Rice is rice! No substitute for osipaka, iresi, shinkafa. Couscous, spaghetti, and acha might be prepared similarly, but the difference will always be clear. File fun rice joor! |

Ukang-Ukom. It's a Calabar food. It is a half riped plantain porridge that is not cooked with palm-oil. Cow leg is mostly prepared with it. I'm not a calabar boy, but you'll cherish it if u have d opportunity to eat it |
