Just heard this from friends in Minna of a jail break. it happened about an hour ago in one of the prisons (along David Mark road) in minna Niger State.
details later.

. Unknown gunmen stormed the Minna Medium Prison yard in Niger state around 4:30 this evening. They broke into the prison cells and set free about 270 inmates.

According to reports, the gunmen over powered the Prison officials and then broke into the prison's armory where they stole some weapons and bullet proof vests.
This will be the second jailbreak in Nigeria in the last one week. One happened in Ekiti state on Monday December 1st.

Nigeria is finally turning and showing its true colors. Te shot hole it's being turned into.

The security level in term of national security is zero and now every dick ad tom and Harry with a gun can free prisoners and do any how.

When are we going to wake up and turn this country into something. To look down from heaven or hell and say yes I left something good.

We are not safe in Nigeria and hats the truth.

May god protect us but we don't hae to wait till it knocks on our doors to know this hong called security should be a collective effort irrespective of tribe religion or race.
