For those that are not from Delta or Ika my candid advice is that you should apply as the shortlisting varies. During my time all state were shortlisted and report reaching us here is that if you apply you are writing the Exam. check your mail, they usually send a confirmation letter after successful applicaion. if you dont receive it, then it was not successful.

@Joshbenji you are advice to go register for ur NIMC card immediately. You will get the card the same day you register. In order for them to attend to you on time kindly go online to NIMC site and register online first and take the print out to their office closest to you, they will attend to you on time. You can use that in place of driver licence and international passport. I hope this help. Thank you
