yea, it's true. they've sent award letters to some peeps.

Do not bother because they do not listen to complaints and will not allow you in at their office. I say this because was there last month.
Their address is 12th floor zennon house, adetokunbo avenue. Victoria island.

I thought renewal had started too even though in checking, I only saw application. How true is this.
