on freedom of information, your argument can only hold water if Buhari ruled in a democracy in 1984. still on the FOI bill, how much of government information are you privy to? e.g Diezani won't publish details of her spendings on aircfaft charter. when reps sought to compel her to do it, she got an injunction to stop it. so FOI is non existent.
