You are just trying to know but you know nothing, I can arrest you if you commit an offense, I have access to use a personal firearms like double barrel gun, I don't need to teach you cos it seems you are not ready to learn. Graduate of my type don't work as a driver, there is more to spy training than what you perceived, driving is not part of spy training mind you.

If you think am a driver where I work that means you are a kid.

Just to educate you...

Any individual can arrest another individual if that person commits an offence...

I've never liked the police much more the Nigerian police but you come around like an educated dude and I just pray folks like you can rebrand the force. Try not to get corrupted by your superiors.

I wish you a successful career ahead !

The simplest way to settle this, your good sire, is to go to Ojuelegbe, maybe tomorrow, and arrest one of the numerous people doing things against the law.

It will be a scenario worth witnessing.

Btw, you may be right though but for this naija....

lol...i knw its easier said than done. Even back then in lawschool, we knew it was difficult to implement...yet that is the law.

Any citizen can make arrest. the only difference between the police and the citizen id the policeman's added means of effecting the arrest...

Funny we have so many senior lawyers that have spent many years in Bar, they also came to know more about the law, you guys cannot do without the Police, we are integral part of the society, how long have you been at Bar?.
It's the Nigerian factor that made all of you to be furious about anything called Nigeria Police, it is good you go to Oshodi and make your arrest, the film will just be like Indian movie grin grin.
