All federal projects? Well....all those federal highways, sports complexes and even universities in the SE and SS don't count eh? (uNIuyo was constructed during millitary rule)And OBJ.....did do projects down South. And PTF did do projects.

Quota system is bad....but our education system is bad because

1.Govt runs too many schools...therefore cannot fund all of them equally.

2.Because GEJ has refused to get our economy industrialized (note....agric does not count)....people go to school to get certificate for office job. Whereas....if our economy WAS industrialized....our education would have been much better...because YOU WOULD HAVE TO KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT TO GET A JOB.
