Well I got this from one of the Buhari Supporters. Apparently this is @ all INEC offices across the Federation and from this alone, It shows why people that are supporting Buhari usually resort to certain behaviours. It's a shame that in 2015 a candidate will present WAEC / WASC as qualification for the number one office in the Federation, but can't even show their certificate or understand the difference between "Surname" and "Other Names"

alamanjiri no dey go primary and secondary school,because they are begging along the road,so why should buhari case be different? |
