Brimmie: barcanista: It was an APC Billboard vandalized by PDP thugs. They did it in Adamawa when Buhari visited in 2011 and they're repeating it again in Katsina and other Northern States. Gov. Shema might have ordered the vandalization just like the then Nyako of PDP ordered the 2011 vandalization in Adamawa.
