If Maj-General Muhammadu Buhari has School Certificate, he would do one of the two things long time ago:

a. Write to WAEC/Cambridge insteaad of the nameless Principal telling them to send a copy of his result to INEC.
b. Send this Statement of Result to INEC, instead of the Press and ignore the dramas.

Do you know why he has not been able to do any of the two above?

1. He has no result and for that can't write to WAEC/Cambridge.
