Why not. U can apply since its online, write exam in UK and if u are lucky to be shortlisted for PH screening u can get urs done in London and eventually if u make the final list u will receive ur own training in London since Nigerian Navy is a subsidiary of UK Navy.
it gives me great concern when I come to this forum and see some kind post from the so called graduate of nowadays. How can u in ur right senses ask if u can write Nigeria navy aptitude test outside Nigeria. Does it mean that people don't read again or they can't comprehend. am sure u must have visited Nigerian navy website and see what was written there as regards examinations and the various centers, but u can also include UK as one of the centers.

fill in the persons data and not yours because u ar nt the one applying. Secondly, get the one time password from your bank use it when the password request pops up during the registration process. I hope this helps

Pls let me ask you this, can somebody tht studied just mechanical engineering apply Or does the person have to do both mechanical/marine engineering

You are correct but remember the last recruitment they did had 'records' as one of the depts, Which accounting was part of. Although it turns out different dis time arnd.
